The New York Academy of Medicine (NYAM) Library and Archives invites applications for a Special Collections Reference Librarian to join a collaborative team supporting one of the world's most distinguished collections in the history of medicine and public health. We seek a service-oriented, collaborative librarian who is passionate about connecting researchers, students, clinicians, and the public with extraordinary primary sources through reference, instruction, outreach, exhibitions, and digital initiatives at the only medical library in New York City open to the public. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to develop expertise in internationally significant collections while contributing to the future of one of New York City's leading independent research libraries.
