Lehman College’s Leonard Lief Library is seeking an Adjunct Open Education Librarian for Fall 2025, with possibility for extension.

The Open Education Adjunct will join the Library’s Open Resources Librarian in developing resources to support faculty in transitioning to OER and incorporating open pedagogical practices in their teaching. The Open Education Adjunct will help support library projects, instruction classes, and other related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Find and update OER guides for faculty
• Collaborate with Open Resources Librarian on OER programs
• Conduct surveys and focus groups with students, faculty, and staff
• Offer information literacy instruction sessions
Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate degree in Library and Information Science from ALA-accredited program
• Availability to work on campus during daytime hours

Salary

Up to 15 hours per week at CUNY Non-teaching Adjunct hourly rate ($51-$58/hour), commensurate with education and experience
