Since March 2020, libraries have had to quickly adapt in how we engage in our marketing and outreach activities. Library marketing has vastly changed since COVID and we must plan and prepare how we deliver library services during this “new normal”.

For our fall 2021 meeting, we are seeking creative, innovative, and succinct “lightning round” presentations (10-15 mins) that explore the following issues surrounding the pandemic :

1.   How have you been promoting virtual library services to specific target audiences?
2.   What types of engagement have you been experimenting with on social media?
3.   What new online tools do you use to promote and communicate with your target audiences?
4.   How have you revised your library marketing planning since the pandemic?
5.   Report on any successes and/or failures, and lessons learned from your event planning
