María Mejía is a librarian and historian from New York City. She is the Open Scholarship Librarian at the New York University Libraries. Maria holds an MS in Library and Information Science from Long Island University, an MA in History from New York University, and a BA in History from Swarthmore College. Her research interests include critical librarianship, digital scholarship, and Black feminist theory and activism.
We hope that you will join us on December 4th to listen, learn, and connect with others around the wide-ranging topic of open access within librarianship. Library workers of all kinds and library school students are all welcome.
ACRL/NY discussion groups are typically a member benefit, but this meeting will be open to all who are curious about ACRL/NY.
This meeting will be held over Zoom. A Zoom link will be sent to the email address linked to your registration before the meeting.
