The University of Delaware Library, Museums and Press seeks a collaborative, savvy leader to bring its instructional program to the next level by developing new and coordinated approaches to information literacy instruction, advancing online learning initiatives, and collaborating with campus stakeholders to incorporate, promote, and assess information literacy in the curriculum. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal communication skills, have a demonstrated ability to mentor and support others, and will possess a strong understanding of the ACRL Framework for Information Literacy.

This position will lead a collegial department of 4.5 exempt and 1 nonexempt staff member. One department librarian currently provides part-time support for the UDLib/SEARCH program, providing statewide access to databases and related teacher training to all public Delaware K-12 schools.
