POSITION VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

CatDS Original Cataloger

Library Associate 2

University of Florida

George A Smathers Libraries

The University of Florida’s George A. Smathers Libraries seek a CatDS Original Cataloger whose primary role and responsibilities are original and shared cataloging of special collections materials in multiple formats and languages according to accepted professional standards. This includes describing the content of items and conducting subject analysis as well as assigning appropriate access points and classification numbers.
