Randy Cohen is the former author of The Ethicist Column in the New York Times. He has appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show, Anderson Cooper 360 and NPR where he is currently the host of “Person Place Thing”, a public radio program produced by WAMC. He is the author of several books and numerous columns. He was a writer for the David Letterman show for seven years and won awards for his writing for this show.

The Ethics of eBooks

Presenter: Andromeda Yelton is a former Latin teacher and recent library school graduate. She blazed her way onto the scene as a founding member of Gluejar and a frequent presenter at conferences and workshops. Her recent article in the 9-15-12 Library Journal called “The Ethics of eBooks” addresses the ways in which current eBook models affect library values.

The Indispensable Library

Presenters: Peggy Cadigan and Mary Chute are colleagues at the New Jersey State Library Library. Peggy is a 2010 Library Journal Mover and Shaker. Mary is the New Jersey State Librarian and was formerly the State Librarian of Delaware.
