The Library department at Brooklyn College invites applications for Instructor or Assistant Professor of Media & Cultural Studies Librarian / Weekend Supervisor to works as one of a team of librarians providing traditional and online reference, research, instructional, and information literacy services.

S/he supports the Brooklyn College Library by providing in-depth consultation with students and faculty, and via collaboration for the ongoing improvement of instructional programs and practices; collects print, electronic, and multimedia resources in selected disciplines (Film, TV & Radio, Performance & Interactive Media Arts, Communications); and oversees Library services and building activities on weekends, including reference and instruction, building issues, technology issues, patron difficulties, troubleshooting events and schedules, supervision of staff, etc.
