SUNY Oswego seeks an innovative, highly-motivated and visionary leader to serve as Library Director who is committed to extending the successful programs and services of the library to meet the changing needs of the 21st century student. The ideal candidate will lead Penfield Library’s continuing collaborations with other college constituents to further its mission as a partner in the teaching and learning process. The ideal candidate will be an advocate of the library’s mission within and beyond the College. Reporting to the Vice President for Academic Affairs/Provost, the Director will lead a progressive library that is central to SUNY Oswego’s initiatives, including sustainability, civic engagement, global competency, and faculty-student collaborative research activities. The candidate will support SUNY Oswego’s mission and strategic plan, Tomorrow Plan.
