– Data collection methods
– Types of statistical analyses: T-Test, Analysis of Variance
(ANOVA), Chi-Square, Regression Analysis
– SPSS overview

Session II:

March 4, 2016, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM in L-302
– Run statistical analyses in SPSS: T-Test, Analysis of Variance
(ANOVA), Chi-Square, Regression Analysis of popular research
designs
– Peer discussion of research design project (from homework)

Notes: SPSS will be available on the computers in L-302.
There will be homework after the first session.
QCC staff and faculty-IT will install SPSS free upon your request.
Please have SPSS installed on your laptop or computer.
